B2B Technical Sales Representative

Job Description

  • Seeking a highly-motivated, experienced, reliable, professional, technical sales representative to join our team immediately.
  • Candidates for this position must have the ability to work independently, be tenacious and a self- starter. If you are interested in being part of a team of dedicated professionals to deliver quality solutions, this position is for you.
  • Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Work from our offices in Vaughan – or work remotely

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generating new business leads and opportunities
  • Monitoring social networks for sales opportunities and leads
  • Maintaining a call volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Leveraging your teammates (Marketing and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging in order to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Explain the value proposition of our solutions and communicate key information on our offerings
  • Educate prospective customers on how our solutions work and can be of benefit to them
  • Nurture leads through ongoing phone, email and LinkedIn communications
  • Actively build product knowledge to ensure a high level of literacy on our solutions
  • Build a strong ongoing pipeline of prospects and leads


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Competence in communicating with C-Level executives
  • In-depth working knowledge of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Above average computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing
  • Experience working in CSR and B2B Procurement would be a plus
  • Experience/ familiarity with ERP level financial/ accounting systems and procedures would be a plus
